What holds people together?

These are the qualities that help hold together a family — or any community.

"There are these four grounds for the bonds of fellowship. Which four?
Generosity: Giving, not selfish, magnanimous, open-handed
Kind words: Speaking of what is helpful and beneficial, out of care and concern.
Beneficial help: Offer any kind of help that actually make things/situation better. Useful solutions.
Consistency: There is fairness in treatment(Not bias). Sharing similar or common view.(Consistency in idea and believes).
